Basic Configuration

In order for iAgri to track and manage your farm finances, some basic information needs to be set up:

  • Sales Tax Rates - Records the sales tax rates that are applicable to your business.
  • Account Codes - Account codes provide a way to categorize your income and expenses.
  • GST number - This is used to submit returns to the IRD.
  • IRD Number - This is used when submitting payrol reports to the IRD.

This information should have been set up when you created your iAgri account, but if it hasn’t, or you need to change it, use the sections in the Finances module to enter this data.
