External Transactions

To access the External Transactions page, use the

• Financials\External Transactions

menu option.

The External Transactions page displays every External Transaction recorded in the system for your site. External Transactions are created when Invoices and Bills are recorded in the system and when bank transactions are reconciled.

An External Transaction records money flowing into or out of your business. This is the information that is used to generate tax returns and other financial reports expected by government agencies.
